9. No Guaranteed Results

SKINfics does not guarantee that every customer will achieve a particular cosmetic result, including a particular level of:

Glow;
Hydration;
Oil control;
Reduction in the appearance of blemishes;
Reduction in the appearance of dark spots;
Improvement in the appearance of uneven skin tone;
Improvement in skin texture.
