This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through the SKINfics online store.

1. Shipping Within Pakistan

SKINfics currently offers delivery within Pakistan to serviceable locations.

Delivery availability may depend on the courier network and the delivery address provided by the customer.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Processing may take longer during:

Sales and promotional periods;
Public holidays;
High-volume periods;
Unexpected operational circumstances;
Situations requiring order verification.

Orders are not considered dispatched until they have been handed over to the applicable courier or delivery provider.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is generally 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Remote or less-accessible locations may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of circumstances outside SKINfics' reasonable control, including:

Courier delays;
Weather conditions;
Floods or natural disasters;
Public holidays;
Strikes;
Road closures;
Security conditions;
Government restrictions;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
Recipient unavailability;
High courier volumes;
Technical or logistical problems.

SKINfics will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery issues but cannot guarantee courier delivery times.

5. Accurate Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing:

Full name;
Complete delivery address;
City;
Area/locality;
Active phone number;
Any other information reasonably required for successful delivery.

SKINfics is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

6. Order Verification

For certain orders, including cash-on-delivery orders, SKINfics may contact the customer to confirm order details.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where we are unable to reasonably verify the order or where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent or abusive ordering activity.

7. Cash on Delivery

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, payment is collected by the applicable courier upon delivery.

COD availability may depend on the customer's location, courier coverage, order value, or other operational considerations.

8. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because:

The customer is unavailable;
The phone number is unreachable;
The address is incorrect or incomplete;
The customer refuses the parcel;
The customer does not cooperate with reasonable delivery arrangements;

the parcel may be returned to SKINfics.

Additional shipping charges may apply to a subsequent delivery where permitted.

Repeated refusal or abuse of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

9. Damaged Packages

If a package appears materially damaged when delivered, customers should document the condition of the package and contact SKINfics as soon as reasonably possible.

Photographs or videos may be requested to assist with an investigation.

Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

10. Missing or Incorrect Products

If an order contains a missing or incorrect product, contact SKINfics as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

Order number;
Customer name;
Contact number;
Photographs of the received products;
Photographs of the packaging where requested.

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, where any, will be displayed during the ordering or checkout process where reasonably possible.

Shipping charges may vary according to destination, order size, promotional offers, courier arrangements, or other factors.

12. International Shipping

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the website, SKINfics currently focuses on deliveries within Pakistan.

International delivery, where offered in the future, may be subject to additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import requirements, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
